Running Reports
Members may generate their own custom mailing label and membership roster reports. Many search fields are available to allow specific groupings of information. Fewer search criteria generally bring better results. The more criteria used, the less likely records will match them all and the greater the chance of a zero matches result.
Click to select the criteria you wish to use to match records. Hold the control key down to click multiple criteria within one search field. For example, in the field "County" click just CH for Charles County, or hold Control and click both CH and CA to get both Charles and Calvert Counties.
Click submit to see the search results. If no records are found, try revising your search criteria and removing some of them.
While very specific reports are possible (such as all Active Affiliates with "Title Company" as primary type of business), members generally want broader sets of records in their printouts. See some of the examples below.
Examples:
Mailing Labels, all members: Choose just "Active" under Status and generate the report.
Mailing Labels, specific County: Choose "Active" Status and enter either CA (Calvert) CH (Charles) or SM (St Mary's) under Member County, then generate the report.
Mailing Labels excluding Affiliates: Choose "Active" Status, "REALTOR" for Member Class, and generate the report.
