SMAR Forms Update
|
Effective October 1, 2008 members should begin using the 2008 MAR Residential Contract of Sale and discontinue using the 2007 version.
We are still waiting on AutoContract to update. Until it is available on AutoContract, you may access the form on the MAR website: www.mdrealtor.org or click here to download.
