Secret Santas needed for local shut-ins & elderly

You've done well, but WE'RE NOT DONE YET! Many folks in need remain in all three counties! Will you become their Secret Santa? Please HURRY!

SMAR's Community Relations and CARE Award Committee is working with local retirement and nursing homes to bring some holiday cheer to residents who have slim prospects of visits by family or friends this holiday season.
Click here to learn more about sponsoring someone in Calvert, Charles or St. Mary's Counties.(Please note: The light on top of the Secret Santa Trees is NOT the star showing completion! Unless you see a silver star on a glowing, snow covered tree, there are still people waiting for a Secret Santa!)
Those who choose someone from the list agree to purchase some or all requested items, place them in gift bags marked with the county and the identifying code of the person being sponsored, and drop them at collection centers by December 15, 2008.
The gift bags will be distributed by the Committee.
