SMAR's proposal to change the way St. Mary's County regulates off-site advertising signs for REALTORS® will be introduced for the first time before the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioners' hearing room in Leonardtown.
                        
 
                        
REALTORS® in St. Mary's County are strongly urged to attend this meeting.  The level of REALTOR® presence in the room tomorrow WILL be a factor in whether or not this proposal goes forward.
