SMAR's proposal to change the way St. Mary's County regulates off-site advertising signs for REALTORS® was introduced before the Board of County Commissioners this morning. 
 AND WE WON THE RIGHT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR PROPOSAL!!!
 
 
Many thanks to the REALTORS® in St. Mary's County who attended this meeting to show their support.  REALTOR® presence in the room WAS a factor in getting the green light!!!
The next step will be a hearing before the Planning Commission.  I will keep you posted.  We will need our members AND homeowners to attend!
