The Legislative Committee of the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®, Inc. annually sponsors the Legislative Luncheon to give members the opportunity to meet with their elected officials in Southern Maryland to discuss proposed legislation affecting the Real Estate Industry.  
                                    
 
                                    
Topics of concern include:  costly environmental legislation, small business health insurance, changes to the homestead tax credit eligibility requirements, local economic stimulus funding, foreclosures and more!
