The Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) course is a comprehensive two-day certificate program that provides an intensive introduction to the real estate business and to the specific ways support staff can become valuable assets to their employers. Every administrative employee in the brokerage office, from the listing secretary to the personal assistant, will benefit tremendously from this quick-start program. Employers will save time and money with this resource for professional training while giving new employees a sense of "belonging" and "career" that comes from identification with the industry.
Course Overview/Objectives
Following the course, the professionally trained assistant will:
Understand the business of real estate
Comprehend key marketing concepts
Know how to manage the transaction
Be familiar with local listing and sales forms
Know the difference between licensed and unlicensed assistants
Understand the types of agency representation and disclosures
Know what MLS is and be familiar with input forms and reports
Be familiar with the level of professionalism and ethics expected of them

NAR's Green Designation gives you the tools you need to guide clients through buying, selling or building in the sustainable marketplace.
To earn your designation you must complete the Core Course and one of the following electives: Residential, Commercial or Property Management.

Core Course Continuing Education Approval - The 2-Day Core Course has been approved for a total of 6 clock hours of Topic F) Professional enhancement for practicing licensees. Obtaining the Continuing Education Certificate is contingent on attending both days of this course and successfully passing the Core Course Final Exam with at least an 80%.

Residential Elective Continuing Education Approval - The Residential Elective Course has been approved for a total of 6 clock hours of Topic F) Professional enhancement for practicing licensees. Obtaining the Continuing Education Certificate is contingent on successfully passing the Residential Course Final Exam with at least an 80%.
