SMAR OFFICE CLOSLING
The SMAR Office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th, in observance of Veterans Day.  Offices will re-open at 8:30 am on Thursday, October 12th.
 

WINTER COAT DRIVE
The Community Relations/CARE Award Committee of SMAR is sponsoring a Winter Coat Drive.  Coats are donated to Men, Women and Children's Shelters.  Now through December 18th, donate your coats, scarves, gloves and hats (must be clean and in good condition) to one of the following locations:
