Because software requires occasional updates, feature enhancements, and "bug fixes", it is recommended that Agents install the latest version of the software to ensure the maximum experience when using their Sentricard and the SentriLock Lockbox website.
Help installing,updating and/or downloading the Sentrilock Card Utility is available 8:00 am. through 12:00 a.m. EST at 1-877-736-8745.

How to Print SMAR Dues Invoices
The Members site allows users to print current and past invoices generated by SMAR. Invoices are tied to the member's individual records so you must have an account and be logged into your account in order to gain access to your invoices. See "How To Register for the SMAR Site" for instructions on how to create an account on the site so you can access your custom information.
1. To get to copies your current and previous invoices, go to www.smarmember.org.
2. In the upper right corner, type your user name and password.
3. Click Go.
4. When you have successfully logged in, you should see a welcome message showing your name in the upper right corner.
5. Click the "Profile" button on the left
6. In the new window that opens, look for the "Invoice Options" section
7. Click "view paid invoices" You may also wish to check "Other Invoices" to pick up invoices for optional services such as Sentrilock that you began participating in this year. Once you have joined Sentrilock the service is billed on the same invoice as your dues in subsequent years.
8. Select the invoice you wish to print and click it.
9. The invoice will open as a PDF file ready to print.
PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND:
The site can only display the invoice we originally sent to you. If your invoice was later adjusted, the site will still only show what was originally invoiced.
Part of each invoice includes a suggested RPAC contribution. Members are free to adjust the size of the contribution when they submit payment. Those adjustments are NOT reflected in the invoices available on this site. Regardless of whether you increased, reduced or paid the suggested amount, the invoice you see here will still show the amount of the original suggested contribution.
WHY?
The site generates invoices in a PDF format through a process that creates a large batch of invoices all at once. The process also attaches these PDF files to the individual's member records so people can log into the site and pull up their invoice for payment. Adjustments are made by the SMAR Comptroller during the payment and posting process rather than to the original invoice. The original invoice is left intact to prevent accidental improper adjustments that might intefere with proper payment of the invoice.
