 The Charles County Housing Division announced today that thanks to YOUR support, ALL funding for the Neighborhood Conservation Initiative's Downpayment Assistance Program has been committed.*
This unprecedented demand has helped 45 households and allows the County to request more funds from the State of Maryland!!!!
*Any completed applications received by the County after 4/9/10 will be placed on a waiting list pending new funding.
SMAR stands ready, willing and able to support the County's Housing Division in its request for additional funding!!!!!
