2007 SMAR REALTOR® Fair &
Trade Show
Invitations have been mailed so keep your eyes on
your mailbox! Pre-registration for individual classes is available for the
first time. Classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis so do not
hesitate to register as soon as you get your invitation.

A variety of education classes will be offered including
"Legal & Legislative Update," "Diversity, Fair Housing & Doing
Business," "MD Code of Ethics," and "Buyer Representation
Today."
In
addition, National speaker Joeann Fossland who is a
certified Behavioral and Values Analyst and a Master Certified Coach will
present two courses: "Getting the Listing Sold in a Buyers Market" and
"Negotiate for Client Success."
SentriLock Training is
mandatory and consists of a 20-minute video plus hands on demonstration. You
