How to find your lockbox Default Shackle Release Codes

All lockboxes come with a default code used to release the shackle.  The code may be used (with the box owner's approval)

1) Place your Smart card (key card) into a card reader connected to the Internet.
2) Enter your password
3) Click the "Login" button (this will also renew your card).
4) On the left side click the "Default Lockbox Settings" button

The screen displays the default codes that apply to all your lockboxes: Call Before Showing, Contractor Codes, Do Not Disturb codes, and Shackle Release codes.  The Shackle Release codes are at the bottom of the page.

Hugheville Bypass now in operation

Part of the long anticipated Hugheville bypass began operation this week.  Members wanting to conduct business at the REALTOR Center in Hughesville may experience a new traffic pattern. No Rt 5 traffic is currently allowed to pass directly through Hughesville.  When travelling either north or south on Leonardtown Road (Rt. 5), expect to be re-routed to the bypass prior to reaching Hughesville.  You must exit onto Rt 231 West and then turn left at the light in order to reach the Association building.  Expect to merge into a traffic circle when coming off the exit ramps.  Please exercize caution as much construction is still in progress and people are unfamiliar with the new traffic pattern. Only local business traffic is permitted on Leonardtown road and drivers must loop back to 231 in order to exit town.
