This is a Special Invitation to attend the next meeting of the Commercial/Industrial Committee
July 28, 2011 – 8:30 am, REALTOR® Center, Hughesville
Featured Speaker – Candace Quinn Kelly, President of the Charles County Commissioners will discuss new sign laws, the Cross County Connector, the new Technology Park and the new Maryland Airport in Bryans Road.
We would like to extend an invitation to ALL SMAR members to explore the benefits of our committee. Keep abreast of new laws and regulations as well as locations for new residential and commercial projects. We meet at the REALTOR® Center in Hughesville every 4th Thursday from 8:30 am - 9:30 am.
Recent speakers have included Delegates John Bohanan and John Wood, land planner David Cooksey, Senator Roy Dyson, land attorneys, county commissioners, and CEO’s of all 3 economic development departments and Tri-County Council.
If you are exploring any type of commercial or land transaction OR you want to profile your own listing (including large residential listings) you stand to benefit from the networking portion of our meeting. Please bring about 40-50 packets of your listing to share.
Come on Thursday, July 28, with your questions and listings -- we will supply the coffee and “Wall’s” donuts!
