 2006 MLS Statistics

SMAR has posted revised sales and listing graphs on our website.  The graphs show flat sales and declining listings in Calvert, a sales up tick heading towards a falling new listing curve in St Mary's and an encouraging crossing of the sales curve with the new listing curve in Charles county.  The graphs are based on the data supplied by MRIS each month.  SMAR makes the raw data files available as well.  Click here to see what's available.

Using the Do Not Disturb Feature

The homeowner "Do Not Disturb" code (DND code) may be entered into the lockbox by a homeowner to temporarily deny access to their home. When you or a homeowner use a DND code, the lockbox key compartment is only accessible by the lockbox owner and their team members.  You do not need a SentriCard® to enable a  Do Not Disturb condition.  Armed with the DND code for the lockbox, homeowners can turn it on as needed.  You may obtain the DND code for your lockbox by looking at the Homeowner DND Code field on the Agent Default Lockbox Settings window of your Sentrilock website.

On the lockbox's keypad, press and hold the ENT key. This will "wake up" the lockbox. When the lockbox keypad lights up, enter the following commands on the keypad: FUNC + 4 + DND code + ENT.  If the lockbox displays a steady DND light, you have enabled Do Not  Disturb. If you entered an incorrect code, the lockbox will flash the ERROR light.

If the lockbox owner or team members must access a lockbox that is in DND mode, please contact the homeowner before entering the home.
