Synopsis: After 4 years of VA and FHA financing receiving less that favorable acceptance, market conditions now suggest knowing the ins and outs of VA and FHA is important. Attendees will be fully updated on all the VA and FHA changes over the last four years.

SMAR has posted revised sales and listing graphs on our website. The graphs show flat sales and declining listings in Calvert, a sales up tick heading towards a falling new listing curve in St Mary's and an encouraging crossing of the sales curve with the new listing curve in Charles county.
