IMPORTANT AWARDS CRITERIA MODIFICATION

Bronze Award - The criteria- "only eligible for members who have been licensed five (5) years or less" has been removed. 
 
The New Individual Residential Award Criteria for the Bronze Award
1 Million - 1.999 Million dollar volume with a minimum of five transactions,
OR
Completion of at least fifteen (15) settled sale and/or listing transactions regardless of dollar volume.
 
Members who may have refrained from submitting an application for a Bronze Award due to the five year rule are encouraged to submit an application now that this criteria has been removed.  The awards submission deadline has been extended to Friday, February 8, 2008, 5:00 pm.
 
Applications are available on-line.  Click here to download an awards application.  Starting this year, in response to members who tell us they have run out of space to display production awards, certificates will be provided to all award winners instead of plaques.  Award winners who would prefer a plaque may fill out order forms which will be available at the Awards Gala.  SMAR will order plaques for these members at no charge.
