Please update the forms on Auto Contract to include the following revised and new forms:
SMAR #101 Southern Maryland Addendum to State Contract (paragraph # 14 Right to Farm Ordinance for Charles and St. Mary's County has been added.) SMAR #135A Right To Farm Disclosure for Charles County (new form) SMAR #135B Right to Farm Disclosure for St. Mary's County (new form)
