SMAR Leading the Way
Installation Update The Regional Lockbox Consortium (RLC) is comprised of 20 local REALTOR® Associations. Most are Maryland local boards and associations but the Consortium also includes Northern Virginia, Prince William and the Dulles Area Associations in Virginia. In the first quarter of 2008 seven associations have converted to SentriLock. In June and again in August two more Maryland associations will transition to SentriLock. In the first quarter of 2009 four more installations will take place. One of the benefits of the RLC is unrestricted access to all SentriLock Lock Boxes in the areas served by the RLC. As more and more RLC Associations transition to SentriLock, members' costs are reduced by eliminating the need to participate and pay for lock box service in more than one association.
