 | In Memory of Joseph (Joe) Horton We extend sympathy to Marilyn Horton and family at the death of her husband Joseph (Joe) who passed away suddenly Wednesday, May 21, 2008. Joe was 1984 President of SMAR (then the Southern Maryland Board of REALTORS®). Marilyn was President in 1990 and together they owned and operated Horton Realty in California, Maryland. The viewing will be Monday, May 26, 2008, 10:00 am at the Patuxent Presbyterian Church, 23421 Kingston Creek Road, California, Maryland 20619. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Entombment will immediately follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 22020 Chancellors Run Road, Great Mills, Maryland 20634. Following entombment, friends and family will gather for a light lunch at the Elks Lodge also on Chancellors Run Road. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19140.
